Ben has recently been accepted by the Society for the Environment to become a Chartered Environmentalist (CEnv). The application process requires a substantial career review report establishing a commitment to sustainable principals and professional standards. This is followed by a Professional Review Interview with senior SocEnv members to demonstrate skills and ability against the elements of knowledge, competence and engagement required to become CEnv.
Chartered Environmentalists are drawn from no one profession. They work across industry, government, education and the public sector. Registration as a Chartered Environmentalist distinguishes members apart from others working in their field. It establishes proven knowledge, experience and commitment to environmental best practice and a high degree of expertise in their field.
